Hilton Vacation Club Ka'anapali Beach Maui

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is maintained with so much love and care. The location is beautiful, right on the beach. You have a beautiful view of other Hawaiian Islands. The buffet breakfast was really good, as well as the market offerings for lunch and dinner. There's a food truck park a short walk away, with so many different cuisine options. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Kaʻanapali Beach Resort was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled right on the stunning Kaʻanapali Beach, the location is unbeatable — just steps from the sand, with incredible views of the ocean and neighboring islands. The resort has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the aloha spirit was felt throughout the entire stay. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed — including a kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy quiet breakfasts with a view of the water. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with tropical landscaping, a serene pool area, and plenty of places to unwind. The only concern is that the internet was down for 2/5 nights which made it difficult for other things including the TV. We especially loved being so close to Whalers Village and the walking path along the beach — perfect for sunset strolls. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this location puts you right in the heart of it all. We can’t wait to come back. Hilton Vacation Club Kaʻanapali is a true slice of paradise. 🌞🌊

This place is in need of a DIRE remodel/update. There is no sit down dining there, it is cafeteria style grab and go food. There's a below average, overpriced breakfast buffet. Our room was a mess.. We had a dishwasher that was not properly installed, it stuck out from under the cabinet and continuously caught our clothing on the screws and tore them. The a/c unit in the room leaked water all over the floor, resulting in both myself and my daughter slipping and falling. The walls are beat up, scarred and dirty, there are chips out of the laminate floors, corners of the bathroom are moldy and rotting, the shower smells like a dirty locker room. The fixtures are old and peeling. They get away with this because the views are amazing. But the rooms are downright gross and do not align with the fee they charge to stay there.This website will not let me upload my videos and pictures, but I have plenty. I have emailed the management company and the hotel to no avail, all with proof.
