Hilton Vancouver Airport

This is a very nice hotel that is comfortable, clean, and quiet, but what really made the experience great was the amazing staff. All of the evening employees were amazing, but particularly Victoria. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were greeted by Arsh. She let us know we'd been upgraded to a bigger room, which was amazing. Then we asked about going to Capilano Suspension bridge and she got us directions and coupons for a discount. When we checked out, the staff was just as friendly and helpful. By the way, the room was great and the lobby and dining area is nice with a solid breakfast buffet. Very happy with the stay.

Great location! Close to the airport with free shuttle every half hour. Two block walk to the train to the waterfront and other areas. Very walkable and felt extremely safe. I live in NYC. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I arrived on a cruise ship and was granted early entry. I am Diamond status and not sure how it works for no status. Room was on the corner and had a great view of the mountains. Clean and efficient. My travel friend had a suite and it was very nice! Had dinner and drinks at the on-site restaurant Cavue which was well priced and good quality food. Did not get staff names. Would return on my next trip!
