Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are so beautiful - we were on the 14th floor with a great room. Slept so well. The executive lunge was amazing and the breakfast options were plentiful. Can’t beat the location - would 100% come back here again!
I recently stayed at Hilton Vienna Park and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location—within walking distance to many major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, though I found it a bit on the smaller side, especially for a family. I had booked the stay using my Hilton points, but upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged a difference that the staff was unable to clearly explain. That part of the experience was frustrating and felt a bit disorganized. Additionally, although my reservation clearly included three guests (including my 10-year-old), I had to pay extra to change to a different room that had a sofa bed to accommodate him. This should have been handled more smoothly in my opinion, given the details were already in the booking. One other downside was the lobby—it was consistently crowded and noisy, which took away from the feeling of a calm and relaxing hotel atmosphere. Despite these issues, the location and cleanliness were definite highlights. With better communication and more transparent billing, this could easily be a top-tier.
I recently checked out of Hilton Vienna Park with my family, and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. We were traveling with 12 pieces of luggage and couldn’t find a bellboy to assist us. When we called the reception, we were told the hotel was crowded and no one was available to help. We ended up carrying all the luggage ourselves — which is extremely disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms every day. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told they were fully booked and didn’t have enough staff to clean all the rooms. Again, this is unacceptable. We paid a premium price expecting premium service, but instead received far less than what even some 3 or 4-star hotels offer. A busy hotel should never be an excuse for poor service. If you can’t maintain basic standards during high occupancy, you’re simply not operating at a 5-star level. I hope the management seriously considers improving staff availability and overall guest service moving forward.
