Hilton Warsaw City

We absolutely loved this hotel! The impeccable service truly made all the difference. Centrally located, it offers convenient access to everything, plus a delightful bakery in the lobby and a relaxing spa. We indulged in a soothing massage and treated ourselves to some delicious cheesecake—both were fantastic. Room service one night was also impressive, with high-quality, flavorful dishes. The hotel is spotlessly clean, but what truly stands out is the exceptional staff. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to place whenever we return to Warsaw.

Very nice hotel, room was high standard. Comfortable bed and all needed present. The only disadvantage was that windows couldn’t be open - the air was therefore quite hard and aurco was very weak. Otherwise, everythung perfect, tasty rich breakfast, nice pool, beautiful conference rooms.

This is my second day at Hilton Warsaw, and unfortunately, my first day was a big disappointment. The air conditioning in the room was extremely hot, and even after someone came to fix it, there was no improvement. The furniture looked very old — I wouldn’t be surprised if it was from the 90s. If I could rate it below 0/10, I honestly would. The only positive thing I can mention is the service. The staff were kind and helpful. Once they were informed of the issue, they offered to move us to other rooms, which I appreciated
