Hilton Wenchang

Very kid friendly. Hotel is on the older side but the staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating of children. Eva Zhang at the kids playground was very helpful. My daughters had a great time.

Arrived 7am on the morning of the launch of Long March 5, hotel was fully booked for this momentous event and it was near impossible to be checked in early however Megan Chan at reception did all she could to get us a room and we ended up being checked in to a room within 30mins. Megan was amazing throughout our week long stay she assisted with every little thing we needed, though we could only speak minimal mandarin Megan tried her best to help us along the way. Had an amazing stay thanks to her, we will definitely be back again but is abit far away from the main tourist area. Jacky Chen at concierge was also great in making sure we were safe and always picked up and dropped off by the hotel shuttle. 2 amazing employees who did all they could to make our stay very pleasant. Rooms were very large, airy and comfortable. Food was also reasonably priced and of good quality. Thank you Megan and Jacky for a unforgettable stay.

Decided to book this hotel as it was the closest 5-stars hotel to my in-law's ancestor village in Wenjiao village. It is near the beach but in a rather exclusive (secluded) enclave that's developed by the same developer LuNeng group. The whole hotel has a 航天 (China's equivalent of NASA) theme as the space station is situated here in Wenchang. Rooms are clean and condition is above average. Nice restaurants and prices are acceptable (comparing with Singapore).
