Hilton Wilmington Christiana

Stayed for a dance event in nearby Camden. The motel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable with freshly made omelets to order and plenty of side selections as well. We, and a few other guests, got a chance to hang out at the pool during the day, which was a nice way to spend the daytime! The staff were friendly and helpful! We would return here with no problem as this meets Hilton expectations!

I have been here many of times for fire extinguisher 🧯 inspections and company Christmas party’s and company events. Every time I go in I’m always greeted with a friendly warm smile from the front desk employees. They have even been kind enough to show me the laundry room where they wash the linen and terry for the rooms. They have some cool washers and dryers and even an iron for the table linen and napkins. This hotel is very upscale and fancy although it is a little outdated it’s not bad. Rooms seem to be very clean and linen and towels smell fresh thanks to their Ecolab solid detergent laundry system.

Our room is hot. The hallways hot, the elevator is hot. Toilet drains slow, tub gets 3 inches of water when you shower, gross. We paid over 200 a night, it's a Hilton! They should be ashamed. We called down about the air, they came up and did something, still warm in here. I have 3 mini fans running. Go downstairs, nice and cool, there were 2 other rooms on this floor that were complaining in the hallway too. This place needs fixing up. They answered me review, want me to contact them, my stay is over, there is no making it right for me. I am not looking for anything but for your hotel to make everything good in the room for the next person who has to stay there. Thank you
