Hilton Woking

What a fantastic surprise to have this wonderful Hilton in Woking. Everything is new and the staff are simply amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and helpful. From Paul the guest relations manager ( who goes above and beyond and is one of the best we have seen), Abigail in the lounge and Connor to Maxwell and Tom with the cocktails. All are fantastic! As a Lifetime diamond member we really appreciated the lounge and the 2 hours of drinks and food. We were treated like gold. We loved it that much we came back and have been twice in one month and will Continue to return. We love the views from the lounge and breakfast. The bar at the top is something special. We love this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience at Hilton Hotel Woking! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the hotel manager Paul, who truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. To top it all off, I was chosen as Guest of the Day – a brilliant surprise that made my stay feel even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the room was spotless and modern, and the whole atmosphere was calm, stylish, and relaxing. You can really tell they care about the guest experience here. Massive thanks again to Paul and the team – I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Woking!

Outstanding Housekeeping Service! I had a fantastic stay! The housekeeping team truly stood out—they were consistently thorough, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless every day, with fresh towels, well-made beds, and thoughtful touches that made the stay extra comfortable.
