The resort is far away from action. But it is tranquil and nicely presented. I love the fact that this hotel helps me to overcome with my jet lag due to its resort setting. Waking up with birds singing is great. I highly recommend this hotel for people travelling from long haul flight wishing to overcome jet lag. I especially recommend the breakfast. The quality is one of the best I saw in recent years. The noodle bar is nice. The fresh juice bar is great too. To be honest there are things can be better but the overall experience is good and well above average.

Reviewed yesterday via mobile Have been staying at the property for about 40 days ..So I guess it's gonna be a pretty long review . Facilities : Top notch and world class in simple terms Huge property with basically all the basic amenities to extra physical activities from tennis to basketball to table tennis .You can refresh yourself with sauna and ste bath facilities available in the property .Rooms are spacious , with alla the required basic amenities .Restaurants are really good with some good quality food and some mouthwatering delicacies . One negative i can think of is that the property is bit far from the city and shopping areas , but for the resort faculties they have here , it's justifiable and hotel provides free shuttle bus to the city centre to compensate for that . Service Quality : 5 star service from the guys around here .I have never seen a staff without a smile on their face . Everyone does try their best to speak to whatsoever the english they knows , they do understand our needs quite easily and try to resolve or help us in the best way possible .Front desk to concierge to restaurant waiters to chefs are really wonderful. I would like to mention some guys personally whom you can approach if any help needed if you are going to stay here ..Look for Jarvie and Brian from Concierge desk , Jeff, from sales I think ...Ben, Vicky and Alisa From Chinachops Breakfast ...These guys and really approachable and highly recommended ...Thank you bros ..

Wife and her family stayed at this hotel around 3/30/2017 for a few days. Hotel view was great but the standards of a five star were sub par. They are four star at most. When our 1 year old daughter accidently left a few marks with her crayons on the bed sheet, we were told to pay additional 200 RMB for the damage. FIRST OF ALL, Crayons can be washed, the hotel staff simply lied to us and told us the the bed sheet is un-salvageable. My wife then proceeded to washing the bed sheet herself and made the sheet spot free. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I have never seen anyone having to wash the bed sheet in a five star hotel. Never will I set foot in a Hilton again
