Awesome hotel. Comfortable rooms with modern features and a staff that is amazing. Have never had such attentive house keeping staff - they brought us extra water bottles without us having to ask. The director of operations, Patrick Baboulin, was extremely helpful and friendly - he remembered we prefer Jasmine tea and when we came to breakfast the second day, he had them bring us some right after we sat down. We'll definitely return!

When we got to the room there was a strong smell of tobacco in the air. Given that I have respiratory problems, we asked to change rooms, but instead they told us that they would send the express cleaning service to solve the problem: 5 minutes later an employee arrived with a cloth of dust and a bottle with a product of spray cleaning; she asked us to leave the room, and when we came back the air smelled strongly of the cleaning product... In addition, the hotel is situated in an area where there is nothing around (when we asked where we could dine, the response was to strongly advise the hotel restaurant), and the building needs interior renovation (torn sofa) and exterior (windows did not close well and thanks to that we heard the traffic noise despite being on the 11th floor). It definitely does not fit the expected quality of a Hilton!
