Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view — exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were excellent, especially the fitness center and the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also perfect — close to key attractions and easy to get around. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. Meeting her feels like sunshine her warm smile, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond left such a lasting impression. She made my entire experience feel personal and welcoming. If every hotel had a Juliette, travel would always feel like home. The rooms at Hilton are decent clean and comfortable but I feel like some areas could use a bit of renovation to match the luxury image the hotel represents. A little upgrade here and there would truly elevate the whole experience. Nonetheless, the service, especially from staff like Juliette, made up for everything. She is truly the heart of the hotel.
