The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Booking the hotel it was hard to tell by the photos how absolutely glamorous and comfortable this place is. The service was so welcoming and accommodating and friendly and the amenities are fantastic. Ski lockers with boot warmers, big bathtubs, convenient ski in ski out location. The dining was a big highlight. The breakfast was the most delicious spread, the dinner we ate here was very gourmet. The bar was great too! Can’t say Enough good things about this place. It was such a treat and I will miss it!

We only went for dining. One word: TRUFFELPASTA. Never had a better one. Just go there and order it. Thank me later.
