Absolutely pleasant experience, the staff is extremely helpful with any request, food is extremely varied and changes after each day, definitely a very good destination that is worth repeating. Close to the public beach and the pool is very well organized.

What a great stay we had here. Literally everything was perfect. Staff really friendly and nice especially Sofia at reception who was very welcoming great apartment we had absolutely perfect everything we needed and more big bedroom kitchen living area the swimming pool was great and the entertainment at night we enjoyed it very much. Without a doubt would stay here again thanks so much!

We booked this hotel through Priceline.com ( same company as booking.com) we booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sea view for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids (17 and 15) when we arrived we were told that we booked a room for only 2 adults and need to pay extra for the 2 kids. What happens is the hotel considers everyone over 12 as an adult so the age group 13-17 vanishes in thin air and only adults show up on the reservation. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and acted professional so I have no issue with them. However I’m sure this was not the first time this has happened and it’s a glitch in the system that Hipotels likes because they can make extra money when customers arrive. Just be aware of this when booking with them. It’s a cheap money grab.
