Hipotels Barrosa Park

It is a great hotel ! We had to departure early on our last day which was before the normal breakfast time, they offered a small buffet breakfast for everyone who departed early in the morning. The beach chairs and umbrellas by the Beach Bar, you were able to go every morning to reserve a spot. The room was-very cleaned and well maintained! The whole staff was very professional and very friendly! Mr. I. Ramirez did an outstanding job, overseeing the entire hotel!! We already planning to go back next year in September !

A really fabulous place. Everything is done to such a high standard. The staff are all great. The rooms are top notch and kept to well cleaned. The pools are super. The restaurant is brilliant with such a wide range of food. My one suggestion would be to supply free water to the table at meals. With everything else being so great, it just took the edge off having to pay for a bottle of water every time.

We liked the hotel at the beginning. First impression was good. But after dozen of days here we see all the small annoyances. Comparing to the other Spanish hotel chains starting with the letter "R" and "I" I'd say meals is the worst part of the experience, especially breakfasts. General condition of the hotel is strong 8/10. But we are not coming back here, due to the service. I would understand one or two mistakes, but everyday something happens. Lack of "higher management" supervision is clearly visible. Why there is no manager who controls the restaurant? 10 minutes without a single waiter is way too long, isn't it? Maybe we will give a try another Hipotels hotel, but that one, we are not sure if want to visit again. Many tiny issues, even for a nice looking hotel, close to the beautiful beach. Overall 6-7/10.
