It was a return to Majorca, but first time at the hotel. We were thoroughly delighted from check in to check out. We felt the hotel delivered in every aspect making our holiday experience totally wonderful. The food was outstanding with an abundance of choice to meet every dietary need. The hotel was clean and airy. The pool doesn't have the rush for sunbeds, it is relaxed with space and beds for all guests without feeling crowded. We would return, and recommend for anyone looking for tranquility in a quiet location, still within walking distance of the beach, and hustle bustle of Cala Millor, great food and the added bonus of a decent airport transfer. Book you won't regret.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What sets this hotel apart to me was the serene athmosphere. Even in high season, the pool and the restaurant never seemed overly crowded, and everything was always kept in good condition and promptly cleaned up. The staff did an excellent job and were always more than happy to help us with anything and seemd to enjoy working here. The rooms were indeed a bit dated as some people noted (I believe the hotel is about to be renovated) but everything was perfectly fine for us. One issue was that the temperature in the shower was a bit jumpy. There was a rich selection of foods both at breakfast and at dinner. Not everything was always excellent, but we always ate very well. The hotel pays some attention to vegetarian guests, although I feel this could be further improved. Prices for extra services, such as drinks, snacks, and lunch served at the pool, were fairly reasonable. The other guests were predominantly Germans, but there was a healthy mix of nationalities overall.
We had two rooms and they were quite good (both upgraded). Location is quiet and good for walking into town and the beach (which was very nice). The pool is nice and big but too shallow. Plenty of sunbeds. The bar and the entertainment in the evening were good. Plenty of street parking (August). Breakfast was great.
