I had a lovely stay! My suitcase broke on the first day, but the staff were very polite and kindly repaired it for me. The room was clean, and the pool was great. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the center of Puerto del Carmen. There is also a little spa (free to use) (only one sauna and steam bath). The massage was also truly amazing and highly recommended! Prices start around 50-60 euros, but it's definitely worth it.
Very nice hotel, great location! Very professional service throughout our stay. We stayed on AI, breakfast was very good. We never stayed for lunch and there were not much choices there, and dinner may get repetitive, which was not a big issue as many nice restaurants in the area. The evening entertainment was nothing special, was ok, but we would normally go out instead. Having said that, the hotel and it's staff were superb and a big thank you to everyone, you definitely made our stay that bit more special 😊

The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, a pristine pool area, and a prime location just steps from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the Stardust Show. It was an outstanding performance—truly top-tier entertainment! The talent, energy, and production quality were phenomenal and kept the entire audience captivated from beginning to end. It was a perfect evening filled with music, laughter, and joy. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, Hipotels La Geria exceeded all our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!
