The room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was amazing. The staff were helpful and spoke three different languages. The service was top-notch. The cuisine was excellent and featured a variety of international dishes. They organized daily stage activities for both kids and adults, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that drinks were not included with the half-board option. Also, sunbeds on the beach are not complimentary — expect to pay around €20 per day.

Great hotel for families. The apartments are nicely sized for at least four people. The hotel staff are very helpful and the cleaning staff in particular are lovely to smaller kids. The kids club is excellent and takes kids from 2 years and up. There are three large pools, three paddling pools and a kid specific pirate themed pool. There are family days each Saturday. The food is standard but good quality with slight variations each day.

Went on a family holiday with two children (6 and 3 years old). The room was great and spacious, we stayed in block 23 next to the splash park which was great for us. There was noise from the nearby larger hotel (with tennis court) but the apartment has good sound proofing. No issues with the air conditioning. The restaurants were good, if a bit repetitive. We found ourselves going to the snack area for hot food at lunch as it was smaller. We also went to the Mexican and American buffet (easy to book on the app). The Mexican buffet was very good. We were advised to use the La Finca restaurant for the breakfast buffet which was perfect as it was a lot quieter, I assume it depends on where you room was located. We spent most of the time at the garden pool but also went to the larger pool, and kids pools. Kids loved the pools. We never made use of the kids entertainment. Most of the guests and children at the hotel were German and our kids only speak English so they felt a bit isolated. Aside from that, it's a perfect hotel for the young children. Not sure it would be as good if the kids were a bit older.
