Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel Adults Only

We stayed as a couple for 7 nights and had a really lovely experience. We arrived very late in the evening, and to our surprise, dinner was already waiting for us in the room. We had booked a classic room, but due to overbooking, we were offered a suite for the first night in a nearby 5-star hotel from the same brand. To compensate for the inconvenience, they upgraded us to a 6th-floor room for the rest of the stay. The view from up there was absolutely incredible! The room was impeccably clean every single day. Staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and very eager to help. Special mention to the guy from the entertainment team—he was simply the best! So funny, full of energy, and clearly loved what he was doing. He had us laughing so hard during the activities(darts, ping pong, air gun shooting, aqua gym). Every evening there was something fun to look forward to, such as bingo, live singing, or dancing shows. The food (breakfast and dinner) was decent overall. Some dishes were delicious, while a few (like the sushi) could be improved. The waitstaff was fast and efficient—always quick to clear tables and keep things moving. One downside, however, was that no drinks were included with dinner—not even water. It would have been nice to at least have free water available. All in all, a very enjoyable experience with great service, lots of activities, and a beautiful view. We'd happily return!

Overall the property was lovely being by the beach and close to shops, clean and also felt very safe. The hotel offered spa access with steam and dry sauna plus indoor pool with some jets, fitness sessions (Pilates, aqua gym, yoga on the beach, etc.), along with nightly entertainment by terrace area. Food at the buffet was decent. Staff were friendly and very helpful, most especially want to thank Angela, Pedro, Pamela and Rafael, plus staff at the spa and housekeeping were very attentive and accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel: friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and overall good value for money. Everything went smoothly. The only downside is that there were no halal meat options available, which is a bit disappointing considering that many nearby hotels do offer it. This is actually the main reason we’re hesitating to return this year. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there.
