We stayed here 10 years ago and were really amazed at the great shape this hotel (still) is in. + Hotel in perfect condition/very well maintained although opened in 1992 Santiago / Manuela (front desk) Good mattresses Good water pressure Black-out curtain Great value half board possible Huge buffet : quality & choice Staff/Service in general Drink prices reasonable Electronic order system for drinks Nice beach bar Great sea view - No ceiling shower Not enough coffee machines at peak/rush hour TV old skool (not smart) Indication of dishes on buffet not always well positioned Once had an undercooked fish During the great flamingo show, the background was showing something from a laptop which had nothing to do there…

While it isn’t in Cadiz the location is beautiful and quiet. This is for adults and does not have the hustle and bustle of a larger touristy area. Definitely upgrade to the breakfast buffet it’s worth the additional euros. The staff is multilingual and extremely courteous

This hotel was way better when it was ADULTS ONLY. In fact, I booked the last holiday (February 2024) as it actually was “Adults only”, as it said everywhere on the oficial website and vouchers. Just checked the website now and it says “family”. Not fair to those who always come over a week for rest and peace. Children everywhere now. The hotel is no more quiet and not there are its facilities. Also the breakfast has fall down in quality. And in the rooms, there were Rituals products and there are not any more. Disappointed and dissatisfied. A shame after so many years.
