Hirafu 188

Mike, Daisuke and Luke were excellent hosts for me and my son during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We enjoyed the modern building/room and layout. Very convenient to most places in Hirafu and we walked 90% of the time. When we couldn’t walk the hotel team took excellent care of us and gave us a ride in the hotel shuttle bus. We got great advice for hot springs, ski locations and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again. Minor complaint is that hallway can be noisy if people come back late at night. Plus for the convenience store on ground floor and excellent ski storage.

We had an exceptional stay at Hirafu188 and cannot thank the team enough for their outstanding hospitality. The apartment was not only beautifully furnished and well-equipped but also strategically located within walking distance to restaurants, making it a perfect base for our winter adventure in Niseko. A special shoutout to Dennis, Chisa, and especially Daisuke-san for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and care made us feel truly at home. Daisuke-san, in particular, deserves heartfelt gratitude for braving the bitter cold to shuttle us between places and patiently waiting for us—his kindness and dedication were deeply appreciated. Hirafu188 exceeded our expectations in every way. For anyone considering a stay here, I highly recommend it for its prime location, lovely apartment, and the incredible team that makes your experience unforgettable. Thank you for making our Niseko trip so memorable!

This was the perfect place to stay for us 2 families traveling with young kids. Kyoko and her team took good care of us and set us up for success, providing restaurant recommendations and helpful reminder to book reservations early. The apartment comes with complimentary use of their van, which was super helpful traveling with luggage. The location is perfect in that you are in the heart of everything and walkable to grand hirafu, not to mention the convenience store right downstairs! Only negative would be it’s not cheap, but it is worth it in my opinion. Would love to come back again someday.
