Hirafu Houses

The North Point has a spacious nice common area and a very hot room for drying out gear. We didn’t quite realize what a hill it is to get up to the resort, luckily there are shuttles to the top in the morning. You do have I walk back down though in the afternoon. Our hosts were very friendly and made breakfast each morning. Some days were eggs and sausage or mushrooms, one day was price, and one day was pancakes. Cereal, yogurt, fruit were always available. The coffee was pretty lackluster with basically coffee tea bags. The rooms were comfortable and it was never a problem taking a hot shower.

I experienced exactly what I expected and MORE! It was homely and sweet. Our hosts Ellee & Dave created a gorgeous family vibe, kept the place warm, clean and provided a simply delightful warm breakfast option every morning. I usually like to book holidays in different places each time but they certainly made me feel like coming back again next year for their beautiful hospitality. Thank you North Point! What a dream x

I have booked a room for my daughter from the 1st thru the 9th March 2025. To my horror I had a phone call frm her crying because her room has insects and bugs in it. Not just a single one but a whole bunch of them. I have tried to reach out to them all morning today but all I get is to a voice message when I am trying to resolve this matter. I am sure no one would be happy to stay in a room with bugs and insects crawling about least a 16yr old. No one in the property was there to assist or resolve and I had to move her out to another property at close to 10/11pm local time.
