Historic Elgin Hotel

The Historic Elgin Hotel is a charming and beautifully restored place to stay. The rooms are incredibly nice, with elegant decorations that give off a cozy, vintage feel. Every detail is thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing and memorable experience. One of the highlights is the billiard room, which adds a fun and classic touch to your stay. There’s also a lovely restaurant on-site that serves delicious meals in a warm and welcoming setting. The staff are exceptionally kind, always ready to help, and genuinely enjoy talking with guests. It feels more like staying with friends than just checking into a hotel. Another great feature is the shared kitchen, fully stocked with a variety of drinks and coffee options for guests to enjoy anytime. The whole place feels peaceful, personal, and full of character. It’s truly a hidden gem worth visiting.

Room was nice, Jen was great, bats were friendly. The kitchen has everything you need and the restaurant on site is lovely. They didn't check IDs is my only gripe. Would love to stay again. Elegant themed rooms and lots of style. Love it.

Really well done renovation of this historic hotel. Clean, beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds. Wonderful outdoor terrace and a guest kitchen area stocked with coffee and tea. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor. We’ll make a point to come back. Highly recommend!
