Very good rooms. Food quality is awesome. Outside is a highway with heavy traffic even though there is no noise inside the room. Comfortable Stay. Only things Tariff is a little bit high as compared to the same type hotels. Overall a good experience.
One of the worst experience after traveling for years... The manager was absolutely unprofessional, the ac power got cut off at 2 am in the night , and when we complained about it, they asked us to move to another room still disturb by getting up mid sleep just about to sleep in the new room, a staff knocks up the door at 3 am we got scared and got up and then he says you need to move your luggage to this room...he expects us to pack all of our luggage and move it here all of this drama at 3am
Unchi dukaan fika pakwaan, is fit for this hotel. Food quality and variety is so poor and it's restaurant captain is having poor hospitality . He never listen to ur order, he supplies as he thinks is good . And billing is equal to hotel Taj . Never stay here . They charge room rent before entering room ,There are more better hotels in Panipat than this poor one.
