Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba Station

I had a great experience at Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba. The hotel is in a prime location—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes to Dotonbori. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which I really appreciated. I liked the room I booked—it was in the second building, on a corner, with a nice view. The room is small but perfect for one person. It might feel a bit cramped for two, but it’s ideal for solo travelers. The hotel also has a laundry room on-site, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Namba.

Stayed 2 nights. Very happy with our stay. The happy hour is fun.. make your own tacoyaki! Kids love it! Close to everything and bed is comfy! The floor mat of the room and bathroom is traditional Sauna style. Bath tub is big for relaxing.

I would be highly recommend this hotel after staying for five night! First of all, the location is perfect! It is 5-minute walk to Namba station which connects you to all the attractions! It is also of walkable distance (about 15-20 minutes to Shinsaibashi). There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel and some of them open till quite late! The room is of decent size, slightly larger than normal Japan business hotel. The room looks new, and it is very clean. The bed is very comfortable! Receptionists are friendly and helpful! there was one occasion I had to ask a receptionist to help me make a reservation of a restaurant which only accept phone calls. He made the phone call for us professionally and friendly. One thing you might want to be aware is that the hotel is currently running an environmentally friendly programme. They only do a thorough cleaning once every three days. However, they do offer towels and clear the bin. Overall speaking, this does not affect us much! We are fine as long as the bin is cleared.
