Hiša Linhart Hotel & Restaurant

We’ve visited Hiša Linhart during the “week of restaurants” and the whole experience was pure joy! The food was superb, from the chef’s greet which was traditional Slovenian food in a way that i couldn’t imagine it so tasty. All further plates were superb as well. Special mention goes to the waiter that did an outstanding job serving and describing food and history of the place. This was the best waiter experience We’ve had so far. Which is increasingly rare these days. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing spacious room. The stuff is extremely friendly - be it in the restaurant or hotel. Plus, the hotel is located in the beautiful old town and has small local shops and five museums close by. Loved it, we‘ll be back.

We came for the hype and we’re so glad we did! Our six course brunch was superb and absolutely deserving of a Michelin star. Having been to two other Slovenian restaurants with Michelin stars, I can safely say that Hisa Linhart is a must-visit spot. The prices shockingly reasonable - half the price of similarly lauded restaurants. This just might be the best deal in the country.
