The hotel was oddly quiet for June visit and spa not open. Had to ask for pool water features to be turned on. Food was very nice and good selection however, drinks were not included in the dinner service. The room was nice and located a small walk to the pool. The entertainment was largely lacking (ping pong had to ball/ darts board was unusable due to cracks/ air hockey table out of service) There was a nice pool table though. The bar didn't open until late evening so you had to walk to the more expensive golf clubhouse when you wanted a drink. We had to get told this by another guest though as there's no signs and employees didn't mention it. The surrouning area has 1 small shop, 2 restaurants and a bar/lunch place which were nice but other than that the town is very 'ghost town' like. A taxi to the closest town with a larger mercadona shop and some bars etc was about 15 euro each way but to get to the large towns for days out was 30 euro and 50 euro each way respectively (we didn't do this). We visited the resorts padel/tennis facility by hiring a bike from the hotel to ride down the road. The facilities are nice but the ride back up the hill to the hotel is a killer in the heat. It was about a 10 minute bike ride down the hill (bikes hired fro 8 euro for 2 hours each). Overall the hotel would be brilliant if there was a bit more to do in the hotel (entertainment) or in the surrounding area. Would be a great holiday if you just want to sunbathe for a week with a very nice pool and quiet environment. (Or of course you want to play golf, the course looked very well kept)

We went for a coffee. The golf resort in my opinion is very nice, well laid out but not very many amenities on site. The Spa Hotel, stops the service for breakfast and drinks at 10. The golf club has a separate eatery. There was no one serving and responding to calls until a very nice kind lady helped from another area. The attendant who finally arrived from the depths of the kitchen, only to inform us once again no food. We drank our expensive coffees that were served look warm and departed, never to return.

★☆☆☆☆ May 2025

Stayed May 2025. Booked with Thomas Cook. Pool closed until June 1st, food in restaurant was limited & awful. Breakfast was also much the same everyday & hot food was always cold. Tea/Coffee machines dispenser also warm not hot. No Spa as advertised. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Nothing of any interest whatsoever to do as it is located in the middle of no man's land. If you don't hire a car you will be bored stiff. In all honesty this place should not be advertised as a package holiday. We went there to buy a property but we didn't need long to work out it's not worth it. Finally the smell of PIG waste spread on the land daily is enough to turn your stomach over & if you can handle this each day you then have the pleasure of being pestered by hundreds of flies.
