A fabulous adult-only hotel for a relaxing, peaceful holiday! We loved every minute of our stay. Food is good, with a wide range of items at breakfast and dinner. Some fun themed nights for dinner which added to our stay. Rooms are very clean with a good sized balcony and fantastic air con. A true highlight of this hotel is the staff- always on hand and ready to help with a smile! We felt genuinely cared for and no request was overlooked!
We had the perfect 5 night stay here! The rooms were super clean, modern, and had a lovely terrace space. The buffet breakfast and dinner was top-tier with lots of choice. We loved chilling at the rooftop pool and sun lounge, and the main pool area was big and really well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was spot on - just a short walk to the beach and close to buses that made getting into Palma really easy. Would definitely come back!
I had booked and paid for a superior room with balcony for 3 nights. When I arrived I was told that it was not available and I would be in a normal room but for my last day be moved into the room I ordered. The lady on reception was nice and gave me free dinner and some drinks. I really had no option but to accept. On the day of change I thought it was pointless to change as I would have to pack up all my stuff and move, so I said I was OK to stay in orginal room. I then got a call from receptionist called LLuis I believe, who told me I had to move and could I do so now. I said I would be OK to move if I could have late check out. We agreed on a 1pm checkout for the next day and he asked me to move out straight away and the other room was ready. I did this, packed all my stuff crazily and when I got reception he took key and said my new room would be ready in 2 hours and i should know that is when i am supposed to check in, I explained that I had not left and he should have said this on the phone as I was standing in the lobby at 10am-ish half dressed. He then looked very clueless and said "ohhh" I said if he explained the room was not ready I would have taken my time to get ready. He has zero communication skills. It was my birthday and I certainly did not appreciate being messed around by him. I have to add there was some really horrible unnecessary art, in the form of a wardrobe in the middle of reception, it served no purpose and large 6 foot posters of children's faces with big eyes that followed you everywhere and they were scowling. In an adult hotel it seemed odd. Also they had these swinging lights above the bedside tables, i hit my head on them at least 20 times, if you were standing and reaching for anything on the side tables you hit your head. Breakfasts were amazing loads of variety, did dinner one night with my friend, we got there at 20.50 and service ended at 21.30, it was buffet but they cook meats and fish, we were the only ones there and it felt very rushed, had to ask for drinks menu and was asked to pay straight away and we had to ask for our change when we left as they forgot to bring it back. We had to ask for cooked meat as the chef had disappeared. We hadnt yet reached 21.30 and they were packing everything away and pouring food into bins and denying us dessert, when it was still out. Will say the rooms were clean and the hotel is nice overall, it's just they really let me down.
