HM Grand Central Hotel

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel! Very close to the Royal Palace and walking distance from the river! Or it’s only $2 to get a ride to the shopping areas by the river. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and everyone here is very friendly! WiFi works great, swimming pool, rooftop bar, workout room, free massage too! All for a very good price! I will be in Phnom Penh next week and will stay here again! THANK YOU for all the good service and help! The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! If you stay here pay the extra few dollars for a wonderful breakfast!

The only additional information to note down is they will keep 50$ as security deposit which they will refund back during your departure. I never had any such experiences of keeping security deposit before. But that's professional for them. So fine. If not 50 dollars you will need to keep your passport.

Room was spacious and nice, but didn’t like how the shower water pressure was super low. it also did not have a door which needed strategising for showering in order for the water to not spray out onto the toilet and sink. The air con also has to be on 18 degrees which is the lowest, to even feel a slight bit of wind and it takes an hour to literally turn on! Completely not ideal when the weather outside feels like 40 degrees. Went to the hotel restaurant for lunch with my family, sat down at 2:00 sharp and got our food at 3:16, they even got the order WRONG! At this point, just don’t give us our food!
