HM Isabela Adults Only

Beautiful hotel! Relaxing environment, perfect for couple breaks Kept extremely clear including the food & pool area. Did get checked into a dirty room but was moved immediately, fantastic service. More signs needed at the buffet station for people with allergies / dietary preferences. Balcony was a lovely touch. Cocktails were pre made but all other drinks included with all inclusive were delicious! Highly recommend! Great location with fun activities within close distance.

We spent the day at the hotel with a day pass and had an amazing time. The pool was great, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and the whole place felt very relaxing. The food was delicious, and we especially want to highlight Gari from the kitchen staff, he was incredibly kind, always attentive to our drinks and comfort, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the entire team was respectful and friendly. It was a wonderful day! I hope we can return soon

We visited HM Isabela for a short break in May 2025. As an Adult only hotel, it was ideal for our needs. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, and our room was immaculate with a fantastic rain shower, ideal for washing off your sunscreen. One thing about HM Isabela is that it is exceptionally clean and well maintained. From the moment you enter, you know that this is going to be a great place to stay. The reception, catering, and bar staff were all super friendly and only to happy to help. We went for the all-inclusive option, so we didn't need to carry any cash or cards. The included drinks list didn't have a large selection. All the basics were available, but it was adequate for our needs. There were plenty of meal choices, so even the pickiest of eaters would be able to find something. The pool area is again immaculate with various sun beds available, including some large Bali beds that you had to pay extra for. Please also note that the hotel is behind a row of shops and there is no car parking at the hotel. The initial entrance is a little hidden, and you can't stop directly outside the entrance as it is a narrow one-way street. The location is superb, one minute from the main beach in Santa Ponsa, and an ideal base for exploring the area. We would highly recommend staying at the HM Isabela if you want a relaxing break away from your children.
