Loved this hotel, rooms are good and clean. Service is excellent and the food was first class. Location is perfect a 20 minute walk to the beach(we don't walk fast)
We stayed 3 nights in a beautiful hotel and the staff is very nice and friendly from the most beautiful views, excellent service and a very comfortable place near the centre and the sea, you do not need a car, everything is close to you. I'll come later
When we checked in the guy at reception had an attitude, no customer service at all. There was a mix up with our rooms as we booked via love holidays but the guy at reception was rude about it, no compensation to make up for the issue that we had. We paid extra for a family room yet were given a standard room, guy at reception said there was nothing they could do about it as their supplier was different to love holidays. Why have your hotel up on their website then? 5€ a day to pay for air con for box sized rooms😂 even though air con is usually free at any other hotels. Staff who work at the pool/ bar are so lovely it’s a shame they have to work under rude people. Definitely won’t recommend.
