Hoang Son Peace Hotel

Nice hotel. I give only 3 star as they have no bell services. We arrived at night 8pm. They have nice Room amenities and but they should put extra pillows different size. We have very high pillow. It is not comfortable for back sleeper. Breakfast is very good.

I wanted to give a honest feedback to our one day stay. First, start with positive review. The room is really spacious and clean. The service was prompt and fast. They even accommodated our request to have breakfast half an hour earlier at 6am because we need to depart to attend Holy Mass at Phat Diem Cathedral at 730am! Now come to something I really have to feedback because it just defied our understanding on the following observations: 1. Our group was having problem with our clothes as all seemed to be soaked wet in our travel bus luggage compartments. So we were scrambling to clean and dry our clothes. However when we requested for iron to help us dry up our clothes, we were utterly SHOCKED that the hotel didn't have a single Iron to provide! 2. The staffs were apologetic but nothing much can they do to help us as it's the hotel facility set up that totally puzzled us. So, all in all, we have to say that the room is spacious and comfortable but this Iron episode really let us know. Nevertheless my rating to this hotel is still reasonably good but I do really hope that the hotel management takes this feedback and improve. We will pass and won't stay anymore in this hotel unless I can be assured that this is improved.

The front desk service is rude and not professional. The hotel 1 key system is very inconvenient ( the hotel gave only 1 key per room to the guest) if I want to go out with my friends and my wife go out with the kids we have to go back to the hotel at the same to open the room door (stupid system and cheap hotel) location is not convenient and hotel is old and dark. I booked 3 rooms for my family. I never come back or recommend to anyone
