The staff in Hodson Bay are absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem it just made the experience so much nicer. We had a meal and it was very good. Room was nice and cool and quiet. Breakfast was good. Overall a great hotel. Small bit on the pricey side for the rooms but Overall excellent
The room was beautiful, we had an incredible stay and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The staff also set up on request some rose petals and chocolates on arrival. The location is beautiful with amazing view however there isn’t much around the hotel to do. Unfortunately nothing was walking distance but there are taxis that’s are quite cheap. Also Andy was incredible, very kind and helpful. We learned a lot with the complimentary wine tasting and were well taken care of by Andy when dining in the restaurant. Would definitely come back !
Our room was lovely and had a great view over the Lough but such a long walk to the reception, bar and restaurants glad the had a lift. We were in the new part over the leisure centre. Food was good in The Waterside restaurant. Breakfast was good but quite a few things had run out like marmalade and strawberry jam but it comes out of a squeezed tube, not what I would have expected. It was extremely busy when we went in at about 9.
