Room size was good and entire building was maintained well. Staffs while good but can be better. Location wise, I wouldn't say it's good and pretty far off from the downtown and even the Main Street. Overall good price good hotel if you don't mind the location
As a member of a tour group, I was here in June 2015. As it seemed that our stay there was to give it a try of equivalent hotels, the welcome was great - a special performance at the lobby just for the tour group. The hotel maintained 5-star quality inside but the outside did not quite appeal to me!
Arrived here at around 930pm, the room is quite well-decorated for a sheraton hotel in china. But the toilet was filled with a disgusting smell of garbage... Also, i bet they haven’t done any maintenance to the bathroom door cos i need tons of forces just to close and open the door. For breakfast, nearly all the food was gone when I arrived at the restaurant at 730am. It took them half an hour just to refill half of the dishes. The coffee was just like water and it didn’t even have any scent of a single coffee bean! Not to mention the buns and muffins, they were cold and dry. The rooms and facilities in this sheraton was okay but the service really needs some improvements.
