Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa

Staff were excellent and so so friendly. We had great conversations with reception, management and restaurant staff. The room was spotless, comfortable and the bathroom was great. Each morning the cleaners would come in and the room was cleaned thoroughly. They even let us check in 4 hours early. The food was great as well, we ate in the restaurant and had breakfast every day. Pool was great and we loved that we could take the bicycles too!!!

We had a lovely stay at Delicacy Hotel. It’s a new and beautifully designed hotel with elegant rooms, the ones facing the pool are especially nice. The interior decor is tasteful and gives the whole place a fresh and relaxing vibe. The restaurant is also quite good, although a bit pricey compared to local options in town. Keep in mind that there’s a 15% VAT and service fee added to food, drinks, and other services, so the final bill can be higher than expected. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. I also visited the spa for a full body massage, which was amazing and very relaxing. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to explore without needing transport. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a touch of luxury close to everything.

Just stayed for 5 nights. Lovely hotel, close to the old town with exceptional service. Very good value with large room and balcony overlooking the pool. Chloe on the front desk and Victor were so helpful throughout to make the most of our stay. Went for a lovely bike ride (on complimentary bikes) through the rice fields to An Bang beach. Loved the recommended tours to My Son and Marble Mountains. My wife loved her full body massage in the Spa.
