Hoi An Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa

The staff were very attentive and helpful. When we first checked in, they took around 15 minutes to explain to us what to do in Hoi An, gave us a map, warned us about scams and also recommended some tours. During the stay, whenever we need extra pillows, towels or room service, everything was done quickly. We were lucky that they managed to help us to do free room upgrade. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean! There were 2 sofas, balcony and a king size bed! We had a very comfortable 3 nights stay in Golden Holiday :) If ever come back to Hoi An, I would definitely book this hotel again!!!

Can not fault. The location, cleanliness and atmosphere gave a perfect relaxing vibe for the start of our holiday. Breakfast was delicious, and changed daily. The entire staff were welcoming, friendly and fun. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Hoi An, without being too close to the main precinct. A 10 minute walk takes you into the heart of town.

Phenomenal hotel! Airport pickup was organized for us, which was convenient. The staff met us at check in and gave us a great rundown of Hoi An and activities that we may be interested in. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated; super comfortable. Breakfast was served each day with a variety of delicious western and Asian foods. The hotel is near everything you could need: grocery stores, cute cafes, tasty restaurants, atm, etc. Everyone is super kind and there’s a pool. Highly recommended!
