Hoi An May Village

Had a great stay at Legacy Hoi An Resort. The reception team was welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I liked that the light switches were conveniently placed by the bed, and you can leave the AC on while you're out, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and good quality food. The restaurant for lunch/dinner was okay, but a bit overpriced for what you get, but there are better value options nearby. There's also a mini-mart right next door (not part of the resort), which was super convenient for snacks and drinks. The on-site spa/massage was peaceful and professionally done. Definitely worth trying. One thing I didn’t personally use but noticed: there's an adults-only rooftop pool (12+) with a nice bar and chill vibe. It looked like a great spot to relax, so it's a solid bonus if that’s something you'd enjoy. Overall, a comfortable and quiet place to stay with good amenities and helpful staff. Would recommend.

What makes Legacy Hoi An truly special is its people—the staff here are genuinely kind, attentive, and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Their warmth and willingness to help turned our stay into something truly memorable. The restaurant offers delicious food with plenty of options, and we especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our child’s dietary restrictions—it made our family meals stress-free. The rooms are beautiful, and we loved the shower/bath experience. Housekeeping was efficient, and the laundry service was impressively quick! A highlight? The spa therapists—their massages are amazing! As for location, I’ll be honest: based on photos, I expected more surrounding nature, but the hotel itself is lush, green, and very peaceful. It may not be as secluded as we imagined, but it’s still a lovely, relaxing environment. We stayed for five nights with young kids and left already planning our return. Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect from the room to the pools and the team! Had the best massage and loved taking the free bikes to the old town most days. Thank you to the bar man & Loan who went the extra mile for my birthday ❤️ would 100% be back. Very sad to be leaving, ended our trip on the best high.
