Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa

Absolutely stunning resort. Enjoyed our stay here very much. So close to Old Town which is stunning, worth a visit. So many great restaurants and cafes. And if you want any clothing tailor made highly highly recommend Tina’s Design which is close by. Exceptional workmanship and fast turnaround with completion of clothing. You will not be disappointed. Overall Hoi An is just beautiful with so much history

We had a very nice stay in Hoi An Memories Hotel. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were really clean and the buffet selection is bery good. We also enjoyed the Hoi An Memories show. Definitely recommend!

Luxury resort with amazing views. However, the room insulation is very poor and you can hear your neighbours talk, move furniture and slam doors. I was unable to sleep as our neighbours were noisy until past 1:30am talking and laughing. I called reception but they didn’t do anything. The hotel is also far from the old town and it is hard to catch a Grab taxi. Limited vegan options. Positives: Free shuttle service on a buggy to the town at 9am and 3pm (one way only) 24 hour reception. Located next to their theme park which is open until late night. The pools are great but outdoors/unshaded We recommend holding onto your key when heading out because a man stopped us from walking across the bridge back to our hotel without proof of our key card. He must be the security guard and like other reviews have mentioned, they are rude.
