Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel

We’ve stayed at a variety of hotels in Vietnam and can honestly say we’ve had an amazing experience at the Rosemary. Such a caring, genuine staff and beautiful facilities! Breakfast was delicious too. The gym was small but we seemed to be the only ones who wanted to use it; we made it work😊 We used Grab to get into Old Town so location was fine- quiet enough, but close enough.

Van on Reception was so very helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location of hotel meant easy access to main tourist areas but quiet enough to relax. Rooms spacious and clean.

It’s no surprise that they were voted Best Hotel by TripAdvisor—an honor voted by the people, and well-deserved! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and genuine warmth. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and always being attentive to my needs. The level of service truly sets these hotels apart from others. What I also appreciated was how reasonably priced both hotels were. In a time when hotel prices can be extortionate, these two places offered excellent value for money without compromising on quality or service. If you're looking for a stay where you’re treated like family, with a perfect balance of luxury and affordability, look no further than the Rosemary Hotel and Golden Plaza Hotel. These places set the bar high when it comes to hospitality and guest experience.
