Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa

We loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer. All the staff are so lovely! They were very welcoming and gave us so many amazing recommendations for food and places to go which we followed. The room was stunning, especially for the price! We have been backpacking so this felt like a proper treat but was within our budget. The breakfast was also great, so much to choose from and all fresh. The pool is nice and warm and there’s plenty of seating around it. They also have a spa, the prices are reasonable but they seem to have offers on too so we also did this and it was incredible. A bit of luxury between backpacking. Literally no complaints.

What truly makes this place special is the staff. Their kindness, warmth, and personal touch go far beyond what you’d expect from a typical hotel. It’s honestly hard to name anyone in particular, because everyone treats you with the same exceptional care. From the very first moment, you feel welcome and looked after in such a genuine way. It’s the kind of place that gets under your skin—in the best possible way. That’s why we keep coming back and always stay for at least three nights. Highly recommended with all our heart!
