Hola Bologna is not a hotel, they have apartments in a building at 6th floor. We paid 500 euros for 5 nights with breakfast included (you eat at a caffeteria closer to the building especially pastry, pizza, coffee). The room was pretty good for 2 adults and one child, a double bed and a extendible sofa. The bathroom modern and spacious. Also had a kitchenette properly equipped, just missed a vine opener :)). Per total we were satisfied with the conditions. The guest lady was kind and helpful. I can offer 5 stars.

Pros: The room on the 6th floor was modern, comfortable and clean. Check-in process was automated. The owner was very kind an helpful. You can have one brioche/croissant and a cappuccino/juice with one breakfast coupon. It had a small balcony and the view was nice. Cons: There was some construction/repair work going on during my stay and the room was not that soundproof. The dog of the owner scared me a few times when I entered the corridor.

Rooms are not really soundproof. You can hear the sound coming from everywhere, cars honk on the street, people talking in their own room, and you can even feel the vibration when your "Good neighbor" is trying to open their suitcase or take a shower in the middle of the night (3 a.m. to be specific) The worst thing is that no one is coming on Sunday. If you want to make your own coffee with the coffee machine, you have to make a gambling if there's enough water in that tank. It's also locked, so you can't open it and try to refill it. I thought that in such a nice Italy city with breakfast included accommodation, I could have at least one coffee. There will be more better choice to stay. -updated- They comes and refilled the water tank in the coffee machine. I apologize for making wrong comments earlier.
