A great hotel with a great location. The hotel and our room was impressive and we loved everything about it. Our room was perfect! We enjoyed breakfast, with a great amount selection available. Finally thanks to Andy who looked after so well. He truly made us feel like 5 star hotel.

the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We went out in the morning and got back before noon. Our suite hadn’t been cleaned, so I asked the front desk — but they said there’s no housekeeping after 11 AM. Fine, we understood and just asked for some fresh towels. They said someone would bring them up, but no one came for over two hours. We called the front desk three times. After waiting three hours, we gave up and started getting ready to go out again. Finally, someone showed up and offered to clean the room and change towels. But when we got back later, nothing had been done. We had to ask for towels a fourth time, and finally — after 30 more minutes — they brought some. The Wi-Fi is unstable and incredibly slow. You can barely send an email. Want to watch YouTube? Forget it — go outside, grab a coffee at a café, and watch it there. When I sat on the bed, I felt a pain in my thigh. Turns out, a spring was sticking out through the mattress cover. Unbelievable!! The pool is freezing cold. You can stay in it for maybe 30 minutes, max, before you give up. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. That’s it. What a horrible place it was. If I were you i would never book this hotel

First of all, why is this hotel even considered a 5 star hotel???? It’s not even 5 star to begin with. This hotel should’ve been a 2-3 star to be exact. I had terrible experience with the customer service here. I told them to changed my bed sheets because there was a lot of dusts and tiny stains all over the sheets which made my skin started to itch after laying on the bed. When the housekeeper came to change my bed sheets, they were changing it with an attitude on their face. Second of all, I called their receptionist to bring more toilet papers, and they just hanged up on me when I haven’t even finished with what I was saying. I just feel like I wasn’t being respected and treated with kindness at this hotel!!
