I had a great experience at the accommodation. It was clean and peaceful, allowing me to rest comfortably. I will definitely visit again next time. The place had many fun facilities, making for an enjoyable day. I especially liked the whack-a-mole game!

Facilities are a bit worn, but the venue makes up for it a plenty. Service is A class. A great retreat for families, especially if the kids like swimming 🥽. Lake Saimaa's beauty really gives it's best here! Plenty of activities and reasonably close to the city centre. Superb prize/quality.

I arrived with other guests around 6 p.m. and had to stand waiting in the lobby for 1 hour to check in. Staff was attending 3 out of 5 desks as well as serving alcohol and tending the in-house kiosk. As a result a very long wait for us guests. Same thing the following day as new guests arrived. Decor, carpets, hallways, rooms, restrooms all dated and in need of minor repairs, but clean and functional. The breakfast selection was on the frugal side. Slice your own bread might at first feel like home, but after 10 other people have held that same loaf of bread before you... The restaurant O'Learys downstairs had guests leaving after waiting for food that did not arrive. We got served on time but the quality was not on par with the price. The advertised Spa is not a spa, it's an indoor mini-waterpark. There is also a real spa, bowling and some arcade games. The nearby Angry Birds park looked closed, no notice on the door about opening hours or what was on offer.
