Holiday Garden Resort

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful seven-day vacation at the Holiday Garden Resort in mid-July, and we were more than satisfied with our experience. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in many aspects. Location & Beach: The resort boasts an absolutely fantastic location right by the sea, offering direct access to its own private beach. The availability of sun loungers and parasols on the beach was a huge plus, making our beach days incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Accommodation & Cleanliness: Our room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and tidy, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of fun. This high standard of cleanliness extended to all common areas of the hotel, which was very much appreciated. Dining: The food selection was impressive – diverse, delicious, and incredibly plentiful. Every meal was a culinary delight, with something to satisfy everyone's taste buds. Staff: The hotel staff deserves special mention. They were consistently kind, friendly, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Their dedication truly enhanced our stay. Pools & Amenities: The outdoor pools are simply beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained. We never had trouble finding available sun loungers by the pool, which speaks to the thoughtful planning of the resort. The poolside bar and restaurant were top-notch, offering excellent service and quality. Entertainment: The entertainment options, including those tailored for children, were engaging and perfectly suited for a family holiday. There was always something fun happening, keeping both adults and kids entertained. Minor Suggestion: While we have absolutely no serious complaints, our only minor suggestion would be to perhaps slightly reduce the volume of the music in certain areas, as it occasionally felt a bit too loud for our preference. Overall Impression: This was an unforgettable family vacation, and the Holiday Garden Resort played a significant role in making it so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superb seaside getaway with excellent amenities and service.

What a waisted and disappointing holiday. Definitely not a 5star hotel The hygiene of the place is diabolical. Everything is very filthy, including the area, rooms , restaurants, plates , cutlery bedsheets and their glasses. Very limited food choices, breakfast almost nothing at all. You need to join a very long and slow moving queue to get any food. No kettle in the room, and cold drinks. The only good thing about it is the Spa, Mami guy is absolutely fantastic. Their food hygiene is shocking, Flies flying around, cold buffet kept exposed without refrigerator.

Our recent experience at this hotel, booked through Love Holidays, was deeply distressing and unacceptable from the very start. Although our check-in was scheduled for 8th July 2025, the rooms had been paid for from the 7th, allowing what should have been ample time for cleaning and preparation. However, what we encountered upon arrival was shocking: • Both rooms were visibly dirty, clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. • The bedding and laundry were stained and discolored, appearing almost black – completely unhygienic and unacceptable. • The toilets were filthy and in extremely poor sanitary condition, making us hesitant to even use basic facilities. • Towels smelled unpleasant, as if they hadn’t been washed properly or were left damp for too long. • Common areas, hallways, and shared spaces throughout the hotel were also poorly maintained, creating an atmosphere of neglect and lack of basic hygiene standards. We immediately raised our concerns with the receptionist, who showed us four alternative rooms – all of which were in the same appalling condition. When we expressed our intent to contact Love Holidays about the situation, the receptionist responded dismissively, saying: “Then we will wait for it,” and turned away – a response that was both unprofessional and completely lacking empathy. To make matters worse, the manager briefly appeared, communicated something to the receptionist in Turkish, and then walked away without offering any solution or support. We were left feeling helpless, disrespected, and entirely unsupported. To add to this, we were made to wait three hours to access our rooms. When we later asked if this lost time could be compensated at check-out, the staff began shouting at us, telling us to leave the reception area. Despite our efforts to remain calm, we were repeatedly told to “leave” and were met with raised voices and unwarranted hostility. At the time, there were no other clients at the desk, and we too were paying guests who deserved respect and assistance. This entire experience has caused us undue stress and anxiety, and we feel that we were misled by the information provided at the time of booking. The conditions we faced fall far below any acceptable standard for accommodation. That’s not a 5 stars hotel I can’t even say they can have 1.
