Holiday Inn Aberdeen West by IHG

I loved every bit of this hotel in Aberdeen. It is easy to make reservations outside the UK or Scotland, and there is a great atmosphere with professional and empathetic staff. I love the interior and exterior. It is super cool, and it is also located at a great spot in Westhill with easy access to buses for transportation. It's just 20 minutes from the Aberdeen International Airport.

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 infants and my partner, great service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, all the staff was lovely and polite, it’s not to far to travel to do things with the kids/places to eat our, breakfast was overall good and had a small corner with some blocks and colouring stuff so was great to sit near it when you have a child that doesn’t sit still, room was clean and everything was set up for when we got to room, requested a cot which wasn’t in room but when i phoned down to let them know it was brought up within 5 minutes from a lovely member of staff, can not fault anything or anyone at all and will be back! all the staff should give themselves a pat on the back! thanks for making our stay a breeze x

Lovely holiday inn hotel, location is fantastic just outside of Aberdeen but good connections to Inverness. The staff are all very friendly here, rooms were clean, modern and the bed was comfortable, great parking as well. Smoking benches, why are they outside the main entrance? It's disgusting every time you go in and out of the hotel to smell smoke. These need to be put around the back like most places.
