Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi by IHG

We stayed for 2 Day and it was such a wonderful experience. Everybody was nice and really helpful. Breakfast buffet was perfect and food was fresh. Especially Jyoit at the reception helped us a lot. It was my first stay at Holiday Inn and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Additionally, we also had no concern about transport as we could get Taxi anytime at fair price.

This hotel is one of my favorites in Abu Dhabi. All the staff members are exceptionally kind, and the facilities are in excellent condition. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the morning buffet is especially impressive. I strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes for my room to be ready — with no apology or proper communication. And I was not informed that the room was a connected room, which I would have never accepted had I known. When I asked about it, I was told that it’s “the guest’s responsibility to specify the room type,” even though I’m a regular customer and expected better awareness of my preferences. The front desk staff, especially the receptionist manager, was extremely unprofessional. His attitude was disrespectful and the way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. And every day they would set a specific time for me, It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In the end, instead of offering a proper solution, they asked me to leave the hotel. I’ve never been treated like this in any hotel, especially as a loyal guest. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful treatment and decent service.
