Pro - 1. The View is spectacular, there was snow evrywhere and we had the Ski slop just behind us 2. Most food places are there.CU , Cake shop, coffee shop & DOMINO 3. Clean room with ample of space, washrooms are super clean Cons - 1. Be prepared to drag your bags to your room. No one is going to help. Its ok if the road is paved but damn, it was hard draging evrything thru snow. 2. Room was tidy but no big towels provided, aircond nor heater works at your will.. thy have a mind of their own. 3. Please prepare your own ammenities, toilet tries and water bottle. Non provided. 4. 2nd room only had a totto , not a bed. Kids were really having a hard time sleeping
This accommodation during our trip was quite a disappointment. Since its an established and reputable hotel, we were expecting some standards. However, in contrast, Service offered was average. Rooms were rundown and old. We went there during winter and the heater wasn't working. There were no bath towels in the room except for couple of small facial towels. We had to wash and clean up our own suite after staying in it for a night. Other than the fact that it sits right next to the ski slope. there is really no additional value to our stay there despite the high hotel fees. There's also no valet parking or service staff to help us with our luggage.
Convenient little ski resort with the mountain right next to it. Went in December. Can get a little crowded when there are many university students on the mountain. Lift passes are a little pricey and more if you’re skiing for the whole day as they don’t sell a full day pass. Rentals have full day. Quite a few little shops around - dominos subway, cafe, Korean food Went to the buffet restaurant on one occasion and one of the waitstaff cussed when we made a request. Went to speak to the restaurant manager instead and he said he doesn’t understand English. This should be not the case for an international resort. Overall it seems to be alright for skiing and snowboarding but service is severely underwhelming.
