Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur by IHG

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was fantastic value! The staff were always so kind and welcoming, especially at breakfast. Bima especially always went out of his way to make sure we had our favourite coffee and tea! It was also sweet getting our favourite eggs with a bonus smile each day. The pools are great and the room had the best desk setup I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! Good ergonomic chair and enough space for two people to work side by side. The hotel even gave us a second chair to use. As a digital nomad this working set up was greatly appreciated!

Absolutely fantastic! Very thoughtful of the front desk lady to provide me with a late check out at 2pm since we arrive at the hotel at 930am after a long flight and drive from the airport. To display such emotional intelligence and empathy truly made my day and ensure me that i am in the good hands of the Staffs and make me want to return again when i have the chance to holiday here again. Great Job well done!

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Holiday Inn always lives up to its reputation as being a great family hotel. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and very friendly staff. Our waitresses , AMEI, KASHMIRA , SOFYAN and KLISHMIRA all deserve an honourable mention due to their friendly, courteous and respectful demeanour, good role models. The restaurant supervisor , Rian, is a wonderful person. Friendly, approachable, great English communication skills and a wise man. I wish him the best in his career. Our room was meticulously cleaned, thanks to ARIF FIA.
