My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok. The food was delicious every day, and we truly appreciated the variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even remembered us from a previous visit, which made us feel so special. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Thank you for taking such good care of us — we’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok with our newborn for my girlfriends birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is very well-run—credit to the great team under GM Stephen. A special thank you to Omar, the Assistant Manager, who was always around, helpful, and incredibly kind. He made sure we had everything we needed, even offering a small baby bathtub for our little one. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the in-room bathtub was a big plus. We also want to mention Jack from the pool team—his attentiveness really stood out. The moment a light drizzle started, he quickly came over with extra towels. It wasn’t even necessary, but it showed how observant and caring he was. The hotel’s location is very central, which made it easy for us to take care of all the paperwork at ministries and embassies. Having lounge access was definitely worth it—great service, a quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff who were always attentive. Breakfast was also a highlight, with something for every taste: Middle Eastern, Thai/Asian, Western, and Indian options. And yes—I’m still thinking about the hummus! It was that good 😋 Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so smooth and memorable. We’ll definitely be back! 👶🌿

My second time staying at this hotel and I was happy with the services at the hotel. The check-in staff, Ice was very helpful and extended the check-out time as my flight leaving Bangkok is it the evening. The breakfast at Ginger was very good - extensive spread with wide selections, freshly made. The staff - Batt, Nannie, Belle and Cookie were very attentive and helpful. My dining experience at the restaurant was elevated because of the good services and of course, the food.
