I had a great experience thanks to Tom and Mikey! Their service and support were outstanding throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's not often you come across staff who genuinely care about your comfort. Thank you both for making my visit so pleasant!
I am giving 5 star to Holiday Inn Basingstoke, purely due to excellent service from its staff. I was in this location in May, and received excellent service while checking in, breakfast, dinner and checking out. Rooms were clean and stocked. Rooms look dated probably due to building style but has greenery all around. Kitchen has excellent food. Special shout out to ZAKIA (Supervisor), Srijana (Reception) and Kiran (Maintenance). Thanks for making my and my teams stay (we had 4 other people in same hotel ) comfortable!
