Holiday Inn Beijing Haidian

Fantastic services and great location. I booked thru Expedia for 1 double room but then at check-in I was notified there’s only twin bed room, right upon I was about to take the fact and stay in the twin bed room, the receptionist managed to find a room for me. I stayed there for non-consecutively 5 days in a week, on the 1st stay I left my shampoo and I thought it was unlikely to get the bottle back however, at my 2nd check-in the receptionist again quickly helped me contact relevant people and had it sent to my room right after my C/I. I was surprised and touched my the efficient and thoughtful services during the stays here. Moreover, the room is comfy and spacious. It’s highly recommended in Haidian district.

I stayed here for a prolonged period of time. The staff were excellent in their help and accommodation. Most importantly, my room was always clean, well maintained, and legitimately smoke free. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Beautiful decoration especially the heater, pleasant environment that allows you to relax after a tiring day. Was there to visit my friend but it left me a good impression.
