Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre by IHG

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn, and I wanted to specifically mention the fantastic service I received from Cloven at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Cloven was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process a breeze. It's staff like Cloven who make a huge difference in the overall guest experience. ​Beyond the excellent service, the hotel was very comfortable. My room was clean and well-maintained, and I had a great night's sleep. Thank you, Cloven, and the entire team for a truly pleasant stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable my room was. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and everything was spotless. The hotel amenities were excellent — the fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant. I had breakfast there every morning, and the food was delicious with plenty of options.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spacious and well cared for, the staff were attentive and proactive and the location worked well for my travel purpose. It is a very just hotel and mealtimes could become hectic with lots of coach trips arriving or departing at the same time which can impact the atmosphere and speed of service. Service was good throughout thanks to Callum for his support in the restaurant.
